ps Larry, Sri niz was just 'teaching' from his home, he had no interest in organized religion, students from all over the world just came to them, they advertized nothing, didn't write books and never got a penny of it, consciousness took them by the ear, that was all, so ofcourse there was no marketing or social promoting.

I'm questioning the Buddhist community as a social function/service, since they're tied economically/socially with everyday daily life, they build temples, sell books and present themselves a certain way to the world, advocating compassion/wisdom, so why don't question how Buddhists specifically teachers/sanghas are not congruent?

If Buddhism would not market anything, you wouldn't hear me, because then like with sri niz, people would be naturally drawn and just appear.

There has been talking for years, decades, centuries. The changes brought about by talking cannot keep pace with the relentless, poisonous momentum of greedy exploitations of every kind. It won’t stop or even retreat until it poisons itself. All talk gets diverted, subsumed and mostly neutralized by the brainwash of consumerism sports entertainment pornography social media “democracy” “education” ...
Sad but true...

Who and how many can actually do so, sufficient to redirect the juggernaut. Some feel the the best that can be accomplished is to steer it over the cliff.
I/we can only inspire and be congruent, I just think "Buddhism" zencentra/sanghas can do much better then the current (not all ofcourse) sticking their heads in the sand/asses.

Becoming an Intelligent Species

Cellular mutation is directly influenced by cellular memory and the specific alignment of intention a species adheres to. This is to say that your biological offspring will contain the cellular memory, and thus the cellular mutation, of your current alignment of intent. This intent is retained within the tissue fibres and cells of your human body, and is also one cause of your ageing, disease and other health conditions.

There is a fundamental relationship between the thoughts that you have, the behaviour within your lifestyle and the mutation, or evolution, of the human race. Evolution is not specifically driven by environmental conditions but by cellular responses to the thoughts that you are creating over a period of time. These thoughts are providing instructions to your biological cells how to behave.

To change your path of evolution then you must all change your way of thinking, and behaving, to that which best aligns to your deepest desires and goals as a united species. Presently human beings do not function as an intelligent species. They only function as individuals and competitive organisations aligned to self-gain. An intelligent species functions as one unit and behaves in a manner where every action and decision benefits the whole, not just a few. To become a multidimensional species then, as others have, you first have to learn what it is to be an intelligent species.
~Sparrow
We may well becoming an Intelligent Species. If so, there is nothing to be done to move this process along the lines of
“you must ...”, “we have to ...”. How can anyone change their way of thinking that doesn’t involve their current way of thinking? It’s a slow process, even slower as a species. I don’t believe that humans are presently capable of the intelligence required to change their path of evolution toward becoming an intelligent species. It is happening already, it takes time, there may not be the time/conditions required. It is not inevitable.

All true, it's kind of weird talking about change/future when you already know what the change/future is, eventhough everything is one point, and one point is everything, and there is no becoming. I remember clearly what caused me to stop caring, but it's also clear I should express that which moves me, because that is part (or is) the future, in any case it's the intention which matters, and I will express this 'movement' for the allotted time-span, since it's to close to my heart to bury once again.

Stumbled across this Facebook group this morning....

Vegan Buddhism group is for those interested in veganism and Buddhist ideas. You do not need to be a Buddhist, vegan, or a vegetarian to join Vegan Buddhism. Just have an open and curious mind.

Vegan Buddhism is an evolution towards a more altruistic and compassionate lifestyle that follows the first precept of Buddhism of non-harming (Pāli, Sanskrit: ahiṃsa).

"My body is my temple. What I consume represents compassion or suffering. I choose compassion."
