Just a contrail: mostly water vapor, congealed into ice crystals at -60 or -70 deg C at high altitude.

Of course, there's (invisible) CO2 in it also. Depending on your viewpoint, that's "pollution"; or, a way to green-up the polar-caps of Earth, and flood coastal cites and all of the Netherlands under punctilious seawater.

Time to invest in snorkels.

Joe, thanks for the scientific correction!
Yes I was guessing when I said "kerosine" glad to be educated, in my scientific ignorance I could have better just wrote pollution.

Name the species blind the eye :P

It's locally known as an eurasian collared dove, though I prefer to say "universe in the form of a dove, cat, human" etc
So sometimes I call everything a pookie, pookiedharma

Please do Joe, will be looking "forward" to YOUR pics.

Marcel,

See some Bodhi-Tree (Ficus religiosa) leaves, here upon the potted tree in the yard, after a night this morning when we scored 0.52 inch (13.2 mm) of desert-monsoon rain.

(the Blue and White 1973 VW Bus [Type 2 Transporter {Cap't Kirk, eat your heart out} ] that's visible in this pic has a great-sounding 1800 cc flat-pack, "suit-case", Porsche engine; I still get many 'Peace Signs' thrown by old-timers [fewer and fewer, alas, as folks die-off], who remember and respect the U.S.A. times we've been through, ...and continue to burrow into). ;) Dynamite!, and I thank them so much.

Beautiful Joe, thanks!

Coincedently I took a pic of the birthday of this tree a bird "pooped out" on my balcony.
WIll have to plant it in nature soon it's in a cardboard box since I don't have such big pots, and will have to find a mother tree because single "street kids" without a family grow too fast and die younger while in a forest the mother tree would make sure to feed the kids the amount of sugar needed. Single trees are a bit of junkies compared to forest trees.

I put down my book, The Meaning of Zen, and see the cat smiling into her fur as she delicately combs it with her rough pink tongue. "Cat, I would lend you this book to study but it appears you have already read it." She looks up and gives me her full gaze. "Don't be ridiculous," she purrs, "I wrote it." ~Dilys Laing, "Miao"

When it’s time to get dressed, put on your clothes.
When you must walk, then walk.
When you must sit, then sit.
Just be your ordinary self in ordinary life,
unconcerned in seeking for Buddhahood.
When you’re tired, lie down.
The fool will laugh at you
but the wise man will understand.

This looks like mature lambs quarters (chenopodium album), an annual edible (when young) “weed”. What happened with it?

That's what it is! Thanks James, it grew so fast in a short period of time (about 1.50 meter) and when it sprouted so many non-smokable buds I figured it wasn't a tree but a bushy something. So it's still on the balcony, it seems to be 'dying' so I'm happy to learn from you it's a 1 year cycle plant and I took good care of it. I'll leave it and hope its seeds will manifest new forms, thanks!

ps when sitting on the balcony with coffee its buds and leaves carressed my arms and face so I enjoyed the company, one of the cats liked it too, happy to learn it probably will return next year.
