Dukkha and the four noble truths

Post by The manta ray » Fri Feb 08, 2019 5:17 pm

There is Dukkha.
There is the arising of Dukkha.
There is the cessation of Dukkha.
And thus Maggha (the path).

To expand on Nirvana, one must domain the suffered mind. Peace as a goal, practice, and almost dwelling. The way of water, tread me not.

To update ones functions, one must learn to breath. The cycles carry. Dwelling is still.

To see, is only a clarity. Though dark and light still bear.

And thus the function.

If interested, find a Ch'an-, Zen-, Son-, or Thien- Buddhist teacher and sangha, and give up all prejudice and whacky ideas.

Correct practice is its own reward,
