Setting all Warning levels at zero

Post by fuki » Thu Jan 17, 2019 4:37 pm

Now that we have a new owner and direction (or tweeked one), I request that member's warning levels are re-set at zero.
I myself are not comfortable with my warning level which I requested to be put at zero but never got a reply/update whether it was reviewed and why my request back then was either not reviewed at all or denied.

Are these warning levels available to individual posters or are they super secret Zen stuff? Image

What's a warning level? Something in the phpBB software? I've never noticed it, if so. "News" to me. Tnx, --Joe

EDIT:

ps Aha, I found something by Googling "phpBB warning levels". I gather it's indeed something that Admins can adjust and view, or others with the sufficient Permissions. Below is a link to something about the topic in a phpBB discussion area:

A warning level indicates the nr of warnings you have after you received a or multiple warnings (for braking rules/tos)
(Although the warning might have been arbitrary or "unjust" ofcourse)

I could've sworn I had written to you about it, fuki. At the time, I simply didn't know how to reset it. I still don't. But others might.

Though I do suspect that warning levels are empty and lack inherent substance.
Not Site Admin any longer, despite what it says.

Thanks for mentioning it Dan, no "all this time" I thought, well not much really, didn't know what to make of it.
So happy to get the update! perhaps Fruitzilla knows how to reset them.

Fuki;

You needn’t be concerned about warning levels. I looked, tried something (which doesn’t seem to have worked), and we’ll look more about re-setting warnings.

Of course, as soon as I posted that, I found how to re-set it!
